Biography

Christopher Rivera is the Founder, President & CEO of HyLoSo International (Hyper Local Solutions LLC), a Veteran-Owned operational infrastructure, facilities management, and technology solutions company supporting government and commercial organizations across the United States.

A U.S. Army Veteran with more than 20 years of leadership experience, Rivera’s background spans engineering, operational technology, facilities management, business development, infrastructure support, and federal contracting. His career began in research, product development, and electrical engineering before evolving into executive leadership roles focused on organizational growth, operational efficiency, workforce development, and public-sector modernization.

In 2005, Rivera transitioned into business development and program leadership, serving as Federal Program Director for the Florida Department of Education and later as National Capacity Building Manager for the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs. He subsequently held executive leadership positions in the telecommunications and technology sectors, including Capital Area Sales Manager Executive at Comcast, where he led high-performing teams and multimillion-dollar growth initiatives.

Today, Rivera leads HyLoSo International’s strategic vision, which focuses on AI-driven facilities management, operational infrastructure, managed IT, cybersecurity, workforce support, smart building technologies, and government operational solutions. Under his leadership, HyLoSo has supported public-sector and commercial clients, including WMATA, WSSC, Maryland state agencies, embassies, educational institutions, and Fortune 500-related initiatives and teaming partnerships involving Amazon AWS, Google, IBM, and Microsoft technologies.

Rivera’s leadership and commitment to innovation, integrity, and operational excellence were recognized through a Maryland Governor’s Citation in 2024. He continues to advocate for the responsible use of AI, operational modernization, infrastructure resilience, veteran entrepreneurship, and scalable community-focused solutions that improve efficiency and long-term organizational performance.
